Job summary
GAF in Tampa, FL seeks a Multi-Craft Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled team responsible for electrical, mechanical, and automated manufacturing systems. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced facility.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial maintenance with leadership experience, strong knowledge of CMMS, and expertise in electrical/mechanical/automation disciplines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years industrial manufacturing experience, preferably in continuous manufacturing.
- 5+ years electrical, mechanical and automation experience
- 1+ years leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Promote a safe, clean work environment with safety as the highest priority.
- Lead, mentor and develop a multi-skilled maintenance team with focus on safety and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, mechanical and automation issues on equipment and systems.
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs for critical assets.
- Ensure accurate maintenance work order documentation and parts usage.
- Coordinate with reliability teams to integrate PM/PdM findings into maintenance strategy.
- Lead major mechanical repairs, overhauls, and equipment rebuilds with minimal production disruption.
- Collaborate on design and implementation of advanced automation systems including PLCs, HMI, and robotics.
