Job summary

GAF is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead the electrical and automation team, ensuring safe, reliable operation of plant systems and equipment. You will drive maintenance programs, partner with stakeholders, and implement advanced automation solutions to improve uptime and efficiency.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and the application of RC/M principles in a manufacturing setting, with a focus on continuous improvement and safety leadership.

Qualifications

H.S. Diploma or GED required.
5+ years demonstrated industrial manufacturing experience.
5+ years previous industrial electrical and automation experience.
1+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Promote a safe, clean work environment and embed safety in culture.
Lead and develop electrical/automation team; diagnose and resolve complex issues.
Oversee plant electrical systems including power distribution and controls.
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs for critical assets.
Facilitate continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives to reduce downtime.
