Job summary

Florida’s Natural Growers is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations and a technician team in its Florida-based facility. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and efficiency across equipment, facilities, and systems while supporting production with timely upkeep.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial maintenance leadership, strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, CMMS experience, and familiarity with OSHA safety practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading maintenance in industrial environments.
• 2+ years in a supervisor role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety practices.
• Knowledge of refrigeration, boilers and instrumentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff with emphasis on safety.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and reduce downtime.
• Create and track work orders using CMMS or logs.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and conduct safety audits.
• Manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering for improvements.
• Maintain records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and capital planning.
• Communicate issues to department leaders; ensure PPE compliance.
• Keep department clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Perform other duties including stock counts and seasonal projects.
