Job summary

Midwest Express Clinic is seeking a scheduling and staffing operations role to ensure clinics are properly staffed across multiple sites. You will manage schedules, respond to real-time gaps, and build scalable processes that keep clinics running smoothly.

The role emphasizes solving real-time operational problems, transforming data into improved scheduling practices, and partnering with clinic and regional leaders to align staffing with patient volumes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in workforce operations, scheduling, or HR operations, ideally in healthcare or multi-site environment.
• Strong Excel and data skills; experience with Paycom or similar HRIS/timekeeping systems a plus.
• Calm, quick decision-making under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling and coverage to ensure consistent staffing across clinics.
• Manage real-time staffing gaps, call-offs, and cross-clinic coverage.
• Audit schedules for compliance with staffing requirements and company policy.
• Analyze staffing trends and build reports/dashboards for leaders.
• Maintain accurate schedule and timekeeping data in Paycom.
