Job summary

Midwest Express Clinic is seeking a high-volume, full-cycle recruiter to hire clinical talent across our clinics. You will partner with clinic and regional leaders to fill roles quickly while maintaining quality, and you'll build candidate pipelines to outpace growth.

Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and delivering a positive candidate experience from first contact to start date. This onsite role requires rounding to clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience, ideally high-volume or healthcare hiring.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Paycom a plus).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: own recruiting for clinic roles including Medical Assistants, Radiologic Technologists, Providers, etc.; write and post openings, source candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews; extend offers and guide candidates to start date.
• Leader Partnership: partner with clinic and regional leaders to understand hiring needs and prioritize open roles; advise on interview practices, candidate quality, and market conditions; coordinate with Workforce Operations on staffing gaps.
• Pipeline & Candidate Experience: build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for high-turnover roles; deliver a responsive, professional candidate experience from first contact to first day; develop sourcing channels.
• Onboarding Handoff: coordinate pre-boarding steps including offer letters, background checks, and E-Verify; ensure smooth handoff into onboarding and maintain candidate data in Paycom.

This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on hiring the clinical talent who power our clinics. You’ll partner closely with clinic and regional leaders to fill roles quickly without sacrificing quality, and you’ll build the pipelines that keep us ahead of our growth.

What You’ll Own

Full-Cycle Recruiting

• Own recruiting for clinic roles including Medical Assistants, Radiologic Technologists, Providers, etc.
• Write and post job openings, source candidates, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews
• Extend offers and guide candidates through to their start date

Leader Partnership

• Partner with clinic and regional leaders to understand hiring needs and prioritize open roles
• Advise leaders on interview practices, candidate quality, and market conditions
• Coordinate with Workforce Operations on staffing gaps to prioritize the most urgent openings

Pipeline & Candidate Experience

• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for high-turnover and hard-to-fill roles
• Deliver a responsive, professional, and welcoming candidate experience from first contact to first day
• Develop sourcing channels including job boards, schools and training programs, referrals, and community outreach

Onboarding Handoff

• Coordinate pre-boarding steps including offer letters, background checks, and E-Verify
• Ensure a smooth handoff into onboarding and maintain accurate candidate and new hire data in Paycom

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience, ideally high-volume or healthcare hiring
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Paycom a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and leaders
• Ability to manage many open roles and competing priorities at once
