Midwest Express Clinic in Chicago is seeking a dynamic Full-Cycle Recruiter focused on healthcare hiring to fill clinical and support roles across our growing clinics. Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and leaders.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting, preferably healthcare hiring.
• Ability to manage many open roles and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own recruiting for clinic roles including Medical Assistants, Radiologic Technologists, Providers, etc.; write & post job openings, source candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews; extend offers and guide candidates to start date.
• Leader Partnership: Partner with clinic and regional leaders to understand hiring needs and prioritize open roles; advise on interview practices, candidate quality, and market conditions; coordinate with Workforce Operations on staffing gaps.
• Pipeline & Candidate Experience: Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for high-turnover and hard-to-fill roles; deliver a responsive, professional, and welcoming candidate experience; develop sourcing channels including job boards, schools and training programs, referrals, and community outreach.
• Onboarding Handoff: Coordinate pre-boarding steps including offer letters, background checks, and E-Verify; ensure smooth handoff into onboarding and maintain accurate candidate and new hire data in Paycom.
• What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of recruiting experience, healthcare hiring preferred; Paycom a plus; strong communication and relationship-building; ability to handle multiple roles; aligned with PACT values.
• What Success Looks Like: Open roles filled quickly with strong candidates; leaders trust you as hiring partner; candidates describe positive experience; pipelines ready before openings.
