Job summary

Midwest Express Clinic is seeking a full-cycle recruiter to support rapid growth across our Chicago-area clinics. You will own recruiting for clinical roles, build strong relationships with leaders, and maintain a positive candidate experience from first contact through day one.

This role thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and requires excellent communication and pipeline development skills. You’ll partner with regional leaders to forecast hiring needs, source top talent through

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare or high-volume environments.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Paycom a plus).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and leaders.
• Ability to manage many open roles and competing priorities simultaneously.

The Role

This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on hiring the clinical talent who power our clinics. You’ll partner closely with clinic and regional leaders to fill roles quickly without sacrificing quality, and you’ll build the pipelines that keep us ahead of our growth.

This role is ideal for someone who loves the pace of high-volume hiring, builds relationships easily, and takes pride in a great candidate experience.

What You’ll Own

Full-Cycle Recruiting

• Own recruiting for clinic roles including Medical Assistants, Radiologic Technologists, Providers, etc.
• Write and post job openings, source candidates, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews
• Extend offers and guide candidates through to their start date

Leader Partnership

• Partner with clinic and regional leaders to understand hiring needs and prioritize open roles
• Advise leaders on interview practices, candidate quality, and market conditions
• Coordinate with Workforce Operations on staffing gaps to prioritize the most urgent openings

Pipeline & Candidate Experience

• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for high-turnover and hard-to-fill roles
• Deliver a responsive, professional, and welcoming candidate experience from first contact to first day
• Develop sourcing channels including job boards, schools and training programs, referrals, and community outreach

Onboarding Handoff

• Coordinate pre-boarding steps including offer letters, background checks, and E-Verify
• Ensure a smooth handoff into onboarding and maintain accurate candidate and new hire data in Paycom

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience, ideally high-volume or healthcare hiring
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Paycom a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and leaders
• Ability to manage many open roles and competing priorities at once
