Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks a Float Receptionist to join our onsite team. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, and support clinical staff to maintain a smooth, compassionate environment.

You will manage confidential records using EMR/CRM systems, handle copays, answer inquiries, and keep the reception area organized. Occasional travel between clinic locations is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in healthcare customer service background in retail, hospitality, or call centers also considered.
• Experience coordinating tasks, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ability and willingness to travel between and work at multiple clinic locations as required.
• TB screening upon hire is required as part of the TB program.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage calendars, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient flow.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EMR and CRM systems.
• Update patient accounts and collect copays when needed.
• Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general information and empathy.
• Keep the reception area clean, stocked, and organized.
• Help with supply orders, inventory management, and courier coordination.
