Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join a compassionate team. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet visitors, and handle messages and visitor logs across clinics. This role supports patient experiences and care with attention to detail and teamwork.

The position requires 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, with benefits including Humana medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k). Local travel may be reimbursed as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Healthcare setting.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Operate a switchboard or multi-line phone and route messages.
• Greet visitors, issue passes, and maintain visitor logs.
• Respond to routine inquiries about location, hours, and contacts.
• Book meeting rooms, organize mail, and handle couriers.
