Trinity Health Corp. is seeking a part-time Clinic Receptionist to support six clinic locations in the Moline area. The role requires daytime availability Monday through Friday, with PRN coverage as needed, and a friendly, professional presence at the front desk.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing check-in, scheduling, handling phones, verifying insurance, and entering demographics and billing information in the EMR. The position emphasizes service quality and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider within 3 months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to read, write and understand English and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Professional presence aligned with Trinity Health values.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors at the clinic front desk.
• Check-in patients and complete admitting steps.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Schedule appointments per office guidelines.
• Collect copays and deductibles; verify insurance information.
• Enter demographics, insurance and other data into the EMR and related systems.
