MarketSource is seeking a Member Care Agent in San Antonio, TX to handle calls, emails, chats and paper inquiries for assigned programs in line with policies and laws, delivering high-quality service.

You will triage contacts, document interactions, and collaborate with teammates to improve the customer experience, requiring 2+ years in a call center or customer service and proficiency in Windows applications.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years call center and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience using internet-based systems and Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Work flexible schedule which may require holiday and weekend coverage.

Aufgaben

• Receive and process incoming/outgoing calls, emails, chats, and paper inquiries for assigned clients and programs.
• Triage calls to direct sales questions to Licensed Agent while following policies.
• Document call data with clear notes and maintain confidentiality.
• Escalate issues per documented procedure to supervisor when needed.
