Training is hands-on and leads to a rotating schedule with weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in call centers, strong communication, empathy, and a patient-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
• Must be located local to Plano, TX office as onsite role.
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and G-Suite required.
• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong listening, empathy, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and outbound calls to members, physicians, and pharmacies, delivering a world-class experience.
• Follow up, resolve, and document member interactions; route complex inquiries to appropriate departments.
• Educate members about their pharmacy benefits and provide timely information.
• Aim for one-call resolution by becoming knowledgeable about Pharmacy Benefits Management.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance while handling information.
