IVX Health seeks a Practice Manager to oversee infusion centers in the Hartford County market, including West Hartford and Glastonbury. This full-time role combines clinical and administrative leadership to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

You will lead multiple teams, manage operations, drive revenue and quality outcomes, and support P&L goals while fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in healthcare, outpatient, or multi-site operations.
• Experience leading clinical and administrative teams.
• Experience with front desk operations, patient access, or revenue cycle preferred.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Excellent communication and empathy-driven leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-center operations across Hartford County centers.
• Directly supervise both clinical and non-clinical staff, including hiring, scheduling, payroll, PTO management, and performance development.
• Drive front desk operations: pre-visit verification, onboarding, scheduling, retention, and EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, regional leadership, and centralized departments to ensure efficient, reimbursable care.
• Own center-level business performance metrics and support financial goals.
• Manage vendor relationships, community engagement, and physician partnerships.
• Foster accountability and growth aligned with IVX values.
• Support referral growth and market expansion with Business Development.
