IVX Health is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to oversee infusion centers across Hartford County, including West Hartford and Glastonbury. You will lead clinical and administrative teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure an exceptional patient experience across multiple sites.

Formación

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare, outpatient, or multi-site operational setting.
• Proven success managing both clinical and administrative teams.
• Experience in healthcare front desk operations, patient access, or revenue cycle preferred.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, productivity, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple infusion centers.
• Lead front desk and clinical staff, including hiring, scheduling, payroll, and performance development.
• Ensure operational excellence and exceptional patient experience across sites.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and centralized departments to ensure clean workflows and reimbursable care.
• Drive center-level business performance and support market growth.
