Job summary

IVX Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for its Glastonbury Infusion Center with flexible scheduling across multiple facilities in the region. The role focuses on delivering high-quality outpatient infusion therapies and direct patient care in a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include IV therapy administration, patient assessments, and education for patients and families. A strong emphasis on EHR documentation, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• BLS required; PALS certification preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center, outpatient clinic, or similar setting is a plus.
• Strong IV and infusion therapy skills; medication management.
• EHR proficiency and strict HIPAA/compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on-site and, when needed, via supervised remote support.
• Conduct patient assessments, document observations, and monitor treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families about treatment expectations, side effects, and disease management.
• Maintain accurate nursing records in the EHR and uphold HIPAA/OSHA standards.
• Assist with treatment planning, chart prep, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams to coordinate care.
• Support operations: inventory, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Flexibly work across multiple facilities within the designated market.
