IVX Health in Fairfield County, CT seeks a Regional Operations Director to lead our infusion centers across Norwalk, Orange, Danbury, and Stamford. You will oversee daily operations, support P&L, and drive patient-centered performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, preferably multi-site.
• Experience managing P&L and leading clinical and administrative teams.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence while delivering patient experiences.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across infusion centers, ensuring seamless patient experience and strong operational performance.
• Lead market P&L management and ensure financial accountability across centers.
• Mentor, recruit, and develop center-level staff and manage staffing and payroll.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Revenue Cycle, and Clinical Leadership to optimize processes.
• Drive patient volume growth by strengthening referral networks and center performance.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to continuously improve care and operations.
