PanCare of Florida seeks a Clinic Manager to support our Blountstown, Bristol, and Port St. Joe clinics. You will oversee daily operations, including administrative, billing, provider, and nursing staff, aligning with organizational goals.

The role reports to Medical Operations and acts as a liaison with the Corporate Office. The position requires 3+ years in healthcare management and 2+ years in clinic operations with staff and financial oversight.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
• At least 2 years of managing clinic operations experience, including staff and financial oversight.
• Knowledge and understanding of healthcare regulations and billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and staff, ensuring smooth administrative, billing, provider, and nursing workflows.
• Coordinate with Corporate Office and Medical Operations to align with strategic goals.
• Represent the clinic at community outreach activities and external market engagements.
• Ensure compliant patient registration, scheduling, coding, and records management.
• Develop cost-reduction and revenue-enhancement initiatives using data to guide decisions.
• Oversee inventory and payroll processes for clinic staff and physicians.
