Florida Medical Clinic is seeking an Associate Director, Practice Operations to oversee the operations of multiple clinics in Hillsborough and Pasco counties. You will drive budget, staffing, and IT initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care and streamlined workflows.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with physicians and administrators. This full-time position is based in Florida with on-site responsibilities and cross-site oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business or related field (or 4 years related experience substitution).
• Experience managing budgets and multi-site operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple departments across clinics.
• Develop short- and long-term strategic goals focused on patient care and efficiency.
• Monitor productivity, staffing, and resources to meet targets and budget.
