My Health Onsite is seeking a Health Center Manager in Coral Springs to oversee daily operations, staff leadership, and patient-centered care across health centers. You will partner with the Clinical Operations Director to ensure service excellence and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, collaboration with clinical teams, and development of staff competencies while maintaining high-quality patient experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent on-site presence to oversee daily operations.
• Communicate with Clinical Operations Director; submit weekly/monthly updates.
• Ensure centers are stocked with medications, supplies, equipment.
• Perform quarterly safety audits to maintain a safe, compliant environment.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and safeguard sensitive staff information.
• Provide leadership and guidance to ancillary staff under the direction of the Clinical Operations Director.
• Coordinate staff schedules; review and approve time-off requests.
• Assist with budget and resource management.
• Develop orientation and training plans for new clinic staff.
