Qualifications

• Previous teller or retail banking experience required.
• Knowledge of teller transactions, cash handling, and balancing.
• Experience assisting customers with account needs and banking services.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with different branch teams.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with banking technology (online banking, mobile, remote deposit, ATMs).
• Dependability, professionalism, discretion and integrity.
• Willingness to cover multiple First Federal Savings branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to customers across multiple branch locations.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other teller transactions accurately.
• Handle cash, checks and other instruments following procedures and controls.
• Balance daily transactions and cash totals accurately.
• Assist customers with account needs and maintenance.
• Process money orders, cashier's checks, stop payments, and other teller duties.
• Support vault responsibilities including cash handling and ATM orders.
