Description
First Federal Savings is looking for a Floating Teller to provide support across our branch locations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong teller background who is confident stepping into different branches, working with different teams, and providing consistent, knowledgeable service wherever they are needed across 3 branches in a small manageable geographic region.
We're looking for someone who already knows the teller role well and can bring experience, flexibility, and dependability to each branch they support.
This position requires previous teller or retail banking experience. Because our Experienced Floating Teller will regularly step into different branch environments, we're looking for someone who can work confidently and independently with minimal training or direction.
No two days will necessarily look the same. As our Experienced Floating Teller, you'll have the opportunity to work throughout First Federal Savings, build relationships with customers and coworkers across our branches, and use your experience where it’s needed most. If you're an experienced banking professional who enjoys variety, working with people, and being part of a team others can depend on, we'd love to hear from you.
