Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and visitors entering the lobby or drive-thru.
• Processes daily transactions including deposits, checks, and loan payments.
• Cashes checks and pays out cash with verification of signatures and funds.
• Explains, promotes, and sells cashier’s checks and prepaid cards.
• Maintains accurate records of transactions per bank procedures.
• Answers inquiries about checking and savings accounts and other products.
• Balances currency, cash, and checks in cash drawer daily.
• May be assigned to openings/closings or drive-thru duties.
• May float to other locations to provide coverage.
