Barwick Banking Company is seeking a dependable Floating Teller to support multiple Florida branches with banking transactions and customer service. You will rotate across locations, processing deposits and withdrawals, and promoting bank products while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous teller, cash handling or banking experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel and work at multiple branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers and cash advances.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain compliance with all bank policies and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
• Support branch operations by assisting team members and adapting quickly to different branch locations and staffing needs.
• Promote bank products and services that meet customer financial needs.
• Identify opportunities to refer customers to appropriate banking specialists.
• Maintain knowledge of bank regulations, security procedures and compliance requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing branch operations as needed.
• Travel between assigned branch locations based on business needs.
