Responsibilities

• Drive new business through outside sales, including in-person prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits.
• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy focused on revenue generation and market expansion.
• Build strong relationships with local decision makers across multiple industries.
• Identify workforce challenges and deliver customized staffing solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, service terms, and agreements to close profitable business.
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue, margin, and growth targets.
• Lead and develop branch staff to support client acquisition and service delivery.
• Ensure operational execution supports sales growth, service quality, and client satisfaction.
