Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Division Specialist to support multiple branches and ensure efficient operations across locations. The role focuses on overseeing branch functions, driving profitability, and delivering service that builds trust and satisfaction among customers and staff.

The Division Specialist will oversee lending decisions, staff management, and community relationships while maintaining high standards of customer service. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with lending software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the support and management of multiple branch locations and motivate staff to meet goals.
• Make loan decisions within lending limits; process and close consumer loans; collect accounts in delinquency.
• Develop relationships with community business partners.
• Sell products and services to meet sales goals.
• Assist customers with solutions and monitor satisfaction.
• Hire, train, supervise staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure high quality customer service.
• Travel as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
