Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services LLC in Burleson, TX is seeking a Division Specialist to support multiple branches and help manage operations for profitability and service excellence.

You will assist with loan decisions within lending limits, process and close consumer loans, and help develop business through community relationships. Strong communication and consumer finance experience are required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with lending software, MS Windows, Excel and Word.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the support and management of multiple branch locations and motivate staff to meet goals.
• Make loan decisions up to lending limits; process consumer loans; close consumer loans.
• Assist multiple branch managers with business development relationships within the community.
• Sell products and services to meet sales goals.
• Assist customers with solution implementation and monitor overall customer satisfaction.
