Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution.
• 5+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Proficient in lending software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with support and management of multiple branch locations and staff motivation to meet goals.
• Make loan decisions up to lending limits; process and close consumer loans; collect accounts.
• Develop business relationships within the community; sell products to meet sales goals.
• Assist customers with solutions and monitor overall satisfaction.
• Coordinate hiring, training, and performance reviews as applicable.
