Atlantic Track & Turnout Co. in Memphis, TN is seeking a Multi-Axis CNC Mill Operator-Programmer to turn complex GD&T drawings into precise finished parts for rail components.

You will read blueprints, interpret prints, and perform setup, edits to CNC programs, and tooling changes with supervision. The role requires strong measurement skills and on-site work in Memphis on a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Read CNC programs and complex prints to plan machining steps.
• 5+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Foundational mechanical knowledge and shop math.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling centers to manufacture precision rail components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T.
• Perform setup, tooling changes, and minor edits to CNC programs under supervision.
• Use calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and a CMM to validate features.
