Job summary

Jerpbak Bayless Machining in Solon, Ohio is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader to run daily operations across production scheduling, machining, quality, and shipping. You will coach CNC programmers and machinists to build a high‑performing team focused on ultra-tight tolerances and on-time delivery.
