The role emphasizes performance management, LEAN leadership, KPI optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or related field; 2+ years of relevant work experience accepted.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field.
• 5+ years managing, leading and developing direct reports.
• 3+ years leading teams in a LEAN environment.
• 3+ years in P&L responsibility and KPI management.
• 1 year or more in customer KPIs or multi-client experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial, operational and employee aspects of multiple accounts.
• Drive profitable retention and growth while meeting safety and customer satisfaction goals.
• Conduct performance reviews, development plans and ongoing feedback.
• Implement performance improvement plans and escalation as needed.
• Oversee hiring, staffing levels and talent development.
• Review KPI tracking and process improvements across locations.
• Coordinate SOX-related invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics solutions.
