Job summary

BridgePrep Academy & SMART Management is seeking an Academic Interventionist (MTSS Teacher) to deliver targeted Tier 2 and Tier 3 small-group instruction and help students close learning gaps toward grade-level mastery.

You will monitor progress with formative and summative data, collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and families, and participate in professional development to strengthen MTSS systems across the campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited educational institution.
• Florida Professional Teaching Certification or eligible certification.
• Strong organizational, communication, and small-group management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted Tier 2 and Tier 3 small-group instruction.
• Monitor student progress with formative and summative data.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support diverse learners.
