Job summary

• Targeted Title I Interventions: Deliver explicit, research-based small-group and 1-on-1 instruction under supervision of a lead teacher.
• Classroom & Behavior Management: Uphold behavior management system to create a safe, orderly learning environment.
• Data & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate student data and progress toward goals; assist with Title I compliance documentation.
• Material Preparation: Prepare instructional materials and classroom displays in collaboration with lead teachers.
• Strong Communication & Compliance: Build relationships with families and maintain FERPA confidentiality.
