Job summary

Staffing Boutique is hiring a Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports & Intervention Manager for a Bronx charter school. The role focuses on day-to-day MTSS implementation, performance management, and coaching direct reports within a K-8 network.

The Manager will design and monitor MTSS interventions, lead tier 2/3 curricula across campuses, and collaborate with the Schools Team to ensure instructional excellence and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 3 years K-8 math and/or literacy teaching experience.
• Minimum 2 years school leadership experience with data and instructional coaching responsibilities.
• Project management experience or skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develops MTSS implementation and monitoring systems across K-8 campuses.
• Leads intervention curricula (tier 2 and 3) and ensures fidelity of implementation.
• Collects and presents student outcome data to network leadership and campus partners.
• Provides coaching to school leaders and facilitates professional development.
• Collaborates with Schools Team to align ed tech with curriculum and indicators.
