Job summary

Studient is seeking an Educational Program Manager to lead multi-district MTSS implementation at scale. You will drive district adoption of our technology-enabled MTSS framework, deliver PD that changes practice, and monitor adoption and student outcomes to inform next steps.

You will partner with product and ops, translate field feedback into improvements, and design tailored timelines and trainings that educators want to attend.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership roles (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)
• Experience analyzing student performance data and providing actionable insights.
• Located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% for on-site training
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead high-fidelity district implementation of our MTSS framework so educators adopt it consistently and students receive faster, more effective intervention support.
• Design and execute district implementation plans that drive high adoption of our MTSS framework
• Track implementation fidelity, adoption trends, and student performance data to identify improvement opportunities
• Deliver engaging professional development that leaves educators confident and excited about using our solution
• Refine implementation playbooks and operational processes so each rollout becomes faster and more repeatable
