Job summary

Studient seeks an RTI Coordinator to implement MTSS Level 3 across multiple public districts. You will design district plans, run impactful PD, track adoption and student outcomes, and refine repeatable playbooks for faster future rollouts.

You will manage multiple district implementations, collaborate with product and ops, and translate field data into actionable improvements. Candidates should design timelines, deliver training, and iterate processes with autonomy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in MTSS/RTI coordination or leadership roles (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, SPED Program Administrator)
• Experience analyzing student performance data and providing actionable insights
• Located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% for on-site training
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead district implementation rollouts from kickoff to sustained adoption of MTSS framework
• Design and execute district implementation plans driving high adoption
• Track fidelity, adoption trends, and student performance to identify improvements
• Deliver engaging professional development for educators using the solution
• Refine playbooks and processes to speed up repeatable rollouts
