Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership roles.
• Experience analyzing student performance data and providing actionable insights.
• Located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% for on-site training
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead high-fidelity district implementation of MTSS framework from kickoff through sustained adoption.
• Design district implementation plans driving high adoption of MTSS.
• Track fidelity, adoption trends, and student performance to identify improvements.
• Deliver engaging professional development that leaves educators confident and excited about using our solution.
• Refine implementation playbooks and processes so rollouts are faster and repeatable
