Job summary

Studient is seeking an MTSS Specialist to lead high‑fidelity district implementations across multiple public districts, leveraging our technology-enabled MTSS framework to drive faster, measurable student gains.

This is a full‑time contractor position with Crossover as the Contractor of Record. You’ll design district plans, deliver impactful PD, analyze usage and outcomes, and refine playbooks for repeatable success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leading MTSS/RTI coordination roles.
• Experience analyzing student performance data.
• Located in the United States and able to travel up to 30% for on-site training.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-district MTSS/RTI implementation rollouts from kickoff through sustained adoption.
• Design and execute district implementation plans to drive high MTSS adoption.
• Track fidelity, adoption trends, and student outcomes to identify improvements.
• Deliver engaging professional development for educators using Motivention.
• Iterate playbooks and processes to speed up future rollouts.
