Job summary

Studient is seeking an RTI Coordinator to lead MTSS implementation across multiple public districts, not just a single campus. You will design district-specific plans, deliver engaging PD, and stand up ongoing support to improve practice and outcomes.

You'll track adoption and student performance with rigor, translate data into next steps, and refine playbooks for faster, repeatable rollouts. This is a full-time contractor role via Crossover, with compensation of $75/hour and up to 30% travel

Qualifications

• 3+ years coordinating MTSS/RTI or similar programs.
• Experience analyzing student performance data for insights.
• Willing to travel up to 30% for on-site training.
