Job summary

Eaton’s North American Sales Division is seeking a Multi-Tenant Data Center (MTDC) Regional Facilities Account Manager for the West & Gulf Region. This home-based role focuses on strategic accounts in the electrical industry. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of specified locations including Grapevine, TX.

Successful candidates will lead sales efforts, manage key account relationships, and navigate the sales cycle from understanding business needs to delivering tailored solutions. The position offers a target total compensation range of $143,250 - $210,100 based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of electrical industry experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Call on key decision makers at the assigned accounts.
• Manage account relationships involving account resources.
• Develop and execute sales plan for the assigned accounts.
