This home-based role requires residency in the United States and focuses on strategic account plans, cross-team leadership, and profitable growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of sales, marketing or engineering experience in the electrical industry.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• No relocation is offered for this position. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coordinate and define a single, action-oriented account plan including input from sales, service and support teams assigned to the client(s).
• Project manage the execution of the account plan with monthly, quarterly and annual status reporting.
• Provide visibility to the account’s opportunity pipeline in all required status reports.
• Lead contract negotiations and understand existing agreements, compliance, risk and commercial solutions.
• Ensure regional/local resources are assigned and aligned to execute the account plan and resolve any misalignment.
