St. Mary's University seeks an experienced MSW Field Coordinator to lead the field education component of its new MSW program. The role reports to the MSW Program Director and ensures CSWE accreditation standards are met.

The successful candidate will collaborate with faculty, students, and community partners to provide high-quality field experiences. The position is full-time, tenure-line or non-tenure-line, with teaching responsibilities in Fall, Spring, and a summer term.

Qualifications

• MSW degree from CSWE-accredited program required.
• 2 years of post-MSW practice required.
• Experience supervising MSW students in an agency setting.
• Experience teaching and advising social work students.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and administrative oversight for the MSW field education program.
• Develop and implement field education policies and procedures.
• Develop and update the Field Education Manual for the MSW.
• Pre-screen students for field placements and goodness-of-fit.
