Palo Alto University invites applications for a Field Education Program Manager in our MSW program. The role provides administrative leadership for the Field Program, developing field placements and maintaining CSWE/CTC accreditation efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized and supports graduate social work education.

The position is remote, 40 hours per week, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, FSA, and PTO. Start date is flexible as the department grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong communication skills with colleagues, students and partners.
• Experience in higher education or administrative support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership and support for the Field Program.
• Develop and maintain field placements and partnerships with CSWE/CTC accreditation efforts.
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, agendas, and minutes with the Field Director.
• Manage records, communications, and accreditation/assessment reports.
