Qualifications

• Master of Social Work from a CSWE-accredited MSW program.
• Prefer 2+ years post-master's experience placing MSW students for field practicum in a university online platform.
• Prefer some outreach or student recruitment events experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach in underserved California communities to recruit MSW students.
• Coordinate field placement processes and ensure placements meet guidelines and grant criteria.
• Provide guidance and act as liaison for field placement inquiries with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and vet field placement sites in California and track intern placements by term.
