University of South Florida is seeking a Field Coordinator & Assistant Professor of Instruction/Assistant Instructor in the School of Social Work. The 12-month appointment will include delivering instruction in BSW and MSW programs, coordinating field education, and engaging with community partners and students to promote evidence-based social work practice and social justice advocacy.

Qualifications

• MSW from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Teaching experience in social work higher education.
• Administrative leadership in social work, education and/or leadership in a human service agency.
• Two years of post-graduate social work practice experience.
• Experience with field education, partnerships, coordinating student placements, and supervising students.
• Face-to-Face and Online teaching experience in social work education.
• Social work licensure in any state; Florida preferred.

Responsabilités

• Recruit new community partners and maintain engagement with current partners.
• Coordinate student field placements in collaboration with the Director of Field Education.
• Provide instruction in both the BSW and MSW programs and support admissions and advising duties.
• Contribute to School service needs including admissions and advising.
• Oversee field placement processes and supervision of students.
