Job summary

Valparaiso University seeks a Clinical Coordinator to manage the operational and administrative aspects of the MSPA clinical phase. You will oversee SCPE logistics, student tracking, and onboarding, ensuring compliance across sites and systems.

Responsibilities include coordinating site development, preceptor credentialing, and affiliation agreements, while supporting ARC-PA accreditation activities and regulatory reporting. Strong communication and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three+ years of administrative experience in higher education or health professions education.
• Advanced proficiency with clinical management software (Exxat, ACEMAPP, myClinicalExchange).
• Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Experience with credentialing, accreditation standards (ARC-PA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end operational logistics for SCPEs and student clinical tracking.
• Manage clinical clearance, vaccination waivers, and onboarding packets.
• Coordinate site development, preceptor credentialing, and affiliation agreements.
• Support ARC-PA accreditation reporting and regulatory compliance.
