Job summary

The role requires leading accreditation reporting, coordinating with admissions, faculty, and operations, and guiding program assessment and policy updates to support the department's educational mission.

Qualifications

• Earned master's or doctoral degree in a related field.
• NCCPA certification as a PA and current CA PA license.
• Minimum five years' PA experience including clinical practice, administrative experience, and scholarship.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a full-time academic appointment at the post-secondary level.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and management skills.
• Experience with curriculum development and program assessment.
• Engagement with state and national professional organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum development and modification in collaboration with the Dean.
• Maintain ARC-PA accreditation guidelines and prepare annual/mid-term/self-study reports.
• Represent MSPAS at national meetings and trainings for accreditation.
• Coordinate with Dean and Operations to manage scheduling, adjunct faculty, and campus services.
• Coordinate with Admissions on candidate selection and enrollment.
• Coordinate faculty roles in curriculum design and teaching, and assess student outcomes.
• Manage program evaluation and MSPAS Program Committee; update academic policies.
