Job summary

South College seeks a Clinical Operations Administrator to oversee day-to-day administrative functions and clinical compliance readiness for the academic program. This role ensures students and clinical instructors meet regulatory and site requirements while coordinating records management across program databases.

Under supervision, you will support partnerships with clinical education sites, manage onboarding documentation, and provide training on compliance systems to faculty and students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or minimum of 5 years of administrative, managerial, or human resources experience.
• Administrative, managerial, or human resources experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain compliance for students and clinical instructors to ensure readiness for clinical placements.
• Verify onboarding documentation including BLS, immunizations, health insurance, and background/drug screenings.
• Deliver clinical compliance presentations during orientations and information sessions.
• Provide technical support and training to students and faculty on compliance systems.
