Job summary

One-Stop Communications is seeking an Entry-Level MSP Technician in Lewistown, PA to provide first-line technical support for business clients. You will assist with onboarding, monitor systems, document work, and support senior engineers.

The role offers hands-on training, opportunities for certifications, and exposure to real MSP tools and networks. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $25.00 per hour, with in-person work location and benefits such as 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical programs or certifications a plus.
• Interest in business IT systems, networking, and customer service.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow technical procedures, document work, and stay organized.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for business clients via phone, ticketing system, and remote tools.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows and macOS workstations, Microsoft 365, email flow, and account setup.
• Assist with workstation setup, application configurations, and device deployments.
• Support onboarding for new MSP clients and document assets, diagrams, and SOPs.
• Monitor alerts, create tickets from system notices, and follow escalation policies.
• Perform basic software updates, patching, and routine system maintenance.
• Assist with basic provisioning and troubleshooting of 3CX VoIP systems and network equipment.
