Job summary

Randstad Sourceright, a leading talent solutions provider, is seeking an MSP Program Manager in the US with responsibility for day-to-day service delivery to accounts and for guiding an MSP Program Team. The role focuses on operations between clients and suppliers, and delivering innovative solutions within budget.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in staffing/MSP, with proven people leadership, executive-level data presentation, and a track record of managing large, complex accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of staffing industry experience, preferably within an MSP environment.
• 3+ years managing people in an account management capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects.
• Experience presenting performance and strategic data to C-level executives.
• Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.

Base Salary Range: $72,675.00 - $103,500.00 / year

Pay offered will be based on several factors including education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications. Successful candidates are also eligible for a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s) based on annual account performance.
