Job summary

Randstad is seeking an MSP Sr. Specialist in Boston, hybrid. You will implement and deliver a managed services program strategy, focusing on spend, revenue, and profit targets while serving as a SME for non-FTE procurement.

You will oversee customer service, strategic implementation, operational management, and leadership activities. Proficiency in SAP Fieldglass VMS and familiarity with biotech/pharma sectors are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience managing large, complex accounts or projects.
• Executive presence with ability to present to C-level executives.
• Proficiency with Google Mail, calendaring, and shared drives.

Responsibilities

As an MSP Sr. Specialist, you will be accountable for implementing and delivering a successful managed services program strategy. Salary Range: $54,055 - $77,100.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
